Shipping Terms

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification.

    • Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  2. Shipping Methods:

    Domestic

    • We offer domestic (Australia) and international shipping via Australia Post.

    • Free local pick up is also available in Taylors Hill, 3037 or Brunswick, 3056.

    • Orders over $60 qualify for FREE Shipping. 

    • For orders under $60, a flat rate of $9.70 for delivery will be charged at the checkout for standard shipping.  Please allow 1-7 business days for delivery.

    • Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $12.70. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery. 

    International

    • For all international orders, a flat rate of $20 is applied at the checkout.

    • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding such fees.

  3. Delivery Time:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your package.

    • Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience caused in such situations.

  4. Order Tracking:

    • We provide order tracking for all shipped orders. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through our website or the carrier's website.

    • If you have any issues or questions regarding the tracking of your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

  5. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

    • Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. However, please reach out to our customer support team immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  6. Undeliverable Packages:

    • In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment or for the order cancellation and refund, excluding the original shipping charges.
