Return policy

Mr Remys will gladly accept returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be purchased from the Mr Remys Website. We recommend carefully trying on your new products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside. You can always contact us for any return questions using the Contact Us page or sending an email to mrremysau@gmail.com 

Returns Process

• Before sending an item back for return, be certain that:

• The item is unworn and unused with original tags/packaging still attached. We will not refund soiled or tarnished items

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days.

• The item was purchased from Mrremys.com.au

• Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

• Please send back items that are in an 'as new' condition to the address below:

• We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.

• Include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice or invoice number.

• The refund will be provided using your original payment method

• An email notification will be sent once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on any statements. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
